Unfortunately there isn’t a blue print that works for everybody, so we sit down and work out what the best approach is for you. What we do must fit into your current lifestyle in order for it to be sustainable. Most people tend to fail by putting heavy restrictions on themselves in a bid to achieve dramatic results over short periods of time.

I started my career in Melbourne Australia training clients in local parks and using a trailer for my bicycle to cart the equipment around Melbourne. With limited equipment I had to be creative with my workouts and found a sweet spot by creating fun high intensity group workouts.

TRAINING PACKAGES

HYBRID SYSTEM

Minimum 3 month commitment

This system is designed for intermediate level clients. With a training age of 6-12 months. For the most part it is online based with 1-2 sessions 1 on 1 to go over the exercises in your program so you can execute them perfectly, and a chance to ask me anything you need help with

Option of:
1 or 2 sessions per month

Which includes:

One on one personal training session’s tailored to your experience and goals
Full training program tailored to your goals and experience to follow outside of our session’s.
A nutrition plan that suits your needs, this could be a:
Calculated MACRO nutrient approach
Meal plan
Rule/habit based approach
On-going support throughout
Weekly check-in via email for accountability
Monthly review analysing the weekly check-ins fed back to you via video or live on skype

Price = 80/100 monthly

Video analysis of exercise execution

Access to Coach Mickie Love FB group, full of extra tips and like minded people on their journey

Price = £100 set up and first month
